Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We are a small business shipping directly from Calgary. If you're from Canada, domestic shipping does not require duties.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. International packages are subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by border authorities, and buyers are responsible for covering any additional costs, such as taxes and charges. Please contact your local post office for additional information and to make arrangements.
What courier do you use?
We use Canada Post as our primary shipping courier, which will seamlessly transfer your package to your local post office for final delivery. If Canada Post is unable to deliver to your location, we will ship via UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. During checkout, the shipping cost is automatically calculated once the address field is filled.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
In-Stock Items: After placing an order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipment.
Pre-order Items: After placing an order, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.
Domestic shipping takes 7-10 business days, while international shipping takes 12-15 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will send a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. You can track your order via the provided link to stay updated on its status. Please keep in mind that delays may occur due to logistical issues, weather conditions, or holidays. Damaged or Lost Items
My package was damaged/lost during transit, what can I do?
Once the shipment has been sent out, we are no longer responsible for any events occurring during transit. We encourage customers to add shipping protection ("Shiptection") to your order as a form of shipping insurance in the event of a damaged, lost, or stolen package. Shiptection is automatically added to your cart, and the cost is calculated according to our guidelines. If you wish to opt out, you can remove Shiptection from your cart at any time. Customs and Tax
What are customs duties and taxes?
Custom duties are taxes imposed by customs authorities on goods that pass through international borders. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with tax guidelines and cover the duty costs. Check with your local post office prior to delivery to pay for duties and to find out how much they will be.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amex, Discover, and Diners Club. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Orders and Pre-orders
Can I change my information after check out?
Email us at write@avelleatelier.com within 48 hours of placing your order to modify any important shipment details. Our team works quickly to get your package to you as soon as possible, and we will be unable to make changes once your order has been shipped.
There's a missing/incorrect item(s) in my package, what do I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused! We're here to make things right. If you encounter any issues with incorrect, defective, or missing items, please email us at write@avelleatelier.com immediately. Please note that we require an unedited unboxing video as proof before we can proceed with any refunds or exchanges — The video must start before the package is opened.
How long does it take for pre-order items to be processed and shipped?
Pre-order items require 2-3 weeks for processing and shipment. When placing your order, please take note of the processing time and estimated shipping time provided. Thank you for your patience!
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final and we do not accept order cancellations.
Can I return or exchange any of my items?
Unfortunately, we do not allow return or exchanges at the moment.
